For the classes in Mazotos the drop in price is 8 euros. Monthly passes are 25 euros for once a week and 4o euros for 2-3 times a week. The monthly passes are not refundable.
These classes are beginner classes and a lot of time is spent breaking down each pose, their correct alignment and execution. More advanced practitioners are of course welcomed to join too to deepen their knowledge of the anatomy of asana and yoga philosophy – You are also welcomed to modify your poses to suit your need.
Private and semi-private (2-4 people) yoga lessons are available in Larnaca and Nicosia. Please get in touch to discuss more what type of yoga experience you are after and we put together a class or a series of classes tailored for your needs: I am just as happy to guide you through a strong asthanga-inspired vinyasa flow than a more restorative, soothing practise.

I also teach private classes via Skype. These work best for those who already have a regular-ish yoga practise and are familiar with the basic concepts of asana and pranayama. If you struggle to find the time or motivation to go and practise in a studio/gym setting, Skype session could be just the solution for you: we can fit one in before or after your work for instance and you can practise from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a decent internet connection and a yoga mat.
All my classes are be based on YogaWorks method, combining elements of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga – the emphasis of each class depends on the level of the student(s.) They also include a short pranayama practise and at least a 10 minute relaxation at the end, guaranteed to leave you feeling nice and relaxed.
