NEW CLASSES STARTING ON 21ST MARCH 2018 AT THE SELKIRK
IN TOOTING BROADWAY, SW17 IN LONDON!
I teach two classes every Wednesday in the beautiful upstairs function room of The Selkirk Gastropub (60 Selkirk Road, SW17 0ES, less than 5 minutes from Tooting Broadway tubestation): In the mornings we start at 10 am and the evening class is at 6:30 pm.
Both classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, aiming to increase flexibility and reduce stress in a fun and safe environment. Please come wearing comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat. The cost of the session is £10. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your questions, I am more than happy to answer.
I am available to teach tailor-made private/semi-private classes at your preferred location, as well as covering/subbing if there is a need. I am 200 hours certified by YogaWorks and have about 250 hours of teaching behind me, ranging from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
An introductory one-to-one yoga lessons (about 75 minutes) costs 30 pounds. Prior to this I will have a chat with you and plan the lesson to suit your needs and wishes.
I also have few free slots for weekly private Skype lessons. These work best for those who already have a regular-ish yoga practise and are familiar with the basic concepts of asana and pranayama. If you struggle to find the time or motivation to go and practise in a studio/gym setting, Skype session could be just the solution for you: we can fit one in before or after your work for instance and you can practise from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a decent internet connection and a yoga mat. A 60 minute one-to-one Skype yoga session is 25 pounds.
All my classes are based on YogaWorks method, combining elements of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga. The emphasis of each class depends on the level of the student(s.) They also include a short pranayama practise and at least a 10 minute relaxation at the end, guaranteed to leave you feeling nice and relaxed.
