Private and Small Group Classes

Private classes can be one-to-one sessions, or organised in a small group with people you know. Beginners, those with specific therapeutic requirements and advanced practitioners can all achieve improvements to their mental and physical health through tailor made private cases.

With private instruction, you can deepen your practice and increase confidence in your body and your practice.  Private classes also offer an opportunity to ask questions in a confidential environment and receive personalised guidance and hands-on adjustments tailored to your individual needs.

Private Yoga Sessions are particularly beneficial when:

  • You are a beginner or a small friends’ group of beginners and want to start yoga without feeling intimated or overwhelmed.
  • You want to take your practice deeper and focus, in-depth, on specific asanas or goals.
  • You have injuries or health concerns that need specific attention
  • You want to improve your mental capacities: Yoga offers tools to deal with anxiety, destress and improve focus and patience.
  • You want to build strength, improve mobility or have a guided, tailor made deep stretch session

Price examples for one-to-one, all include free pre-session meet up to discuss desired outcomes and good-to-knows in full confidence. For small group pricing, please get in touch to inquire.

£25 for 30 min Chair Yoga online, £35 for 30 in person (within 30 minute travel from E8 in Hackney, London)

£60 for 60 min Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin/Restorative Yoga session online online, £70 for 60 minutes (£75 and £85 for 90 minutes.)

Discounts available for block bookings (3, 5, 8 or 10 sessions)
